He has over 20 years of experience in structuring transactions and tax planning for small businesses, real estate development companies and high net-worth individuals. Dave has a B.A. in accounting-business administration from Western Washington University (WWU) and is a Certified Public Accountant. He participates in the WWU Accounting Think Tank Board and Student Mentoring Program.
